Last night found all normal Americans glued to the board room to see who would be hired and who would be let go. I was no exception.
I have just a few thoughts about last night's episode:
- I was disappointed with Randall's behavior in the very end but not surprised. It was only a matter of time before his true colors would show and I think they did.
- My hubby mentioned something to me this morning when I was moaning about the outcome and he said, "Did you ever consider that Trump was testing Randall to find out a little about his character since he already knew what he needed to know about his education/experience and he caught him completely off guard to see into his soul?" and that got me to thinking.......
- I was for Rebecca the whole time but the overriding thought for this entire season was that I've never met a bigger bitch than Allah. Good Lord - can she say nothing good about another woman or must she shred every female to elevate herself?
- How can someone not remember something so important as checking the weather for an outside event?
- Am I the only one who thought that Randall did a great job as long as he had good people generating ideas for him but when it came time to come up with the ideas and tap into the creativity and stand on his own that he fell a tad bit short of the mark?
As Donald said - It's just entertainment to many but its important stuff to him. I'd be interested to know/learn where Randall is in a year and where Rebecca is in a year.
So what did you think about the episode/outcome?
Well, you know what I thought since I blogged about it. ;)

Yep....someone emailed me and told me how tacky it was that I posted that comment in your comment section...oh well, I meant no harm or offense.

Is that considered tacky? I did it when I first started blogging - just trying to join in the conversation and not knowing any better.
I'm glad you posted the link because I've been too busy to blog about it and so starved for conversation. I especially agree with your husband. I think it was a test and I think Randall failed. I was thinking he would pick them both and marvelling at their friendship. But the Board room and Randall's choice revealed his lack of character. In the end, Rebecca proved to have more substance, character, and class.

I feel strangely glad to be one of the few who have no idea what on earth you're talking about. I've heard people talking about this everywhere I go though, and get the gist now.
Like I said, I'm clueless, but, if that was a test, I think the guy PASSED. Donald Trump didn't get where he is today by being a really sweet guy. What if the test were that if he said yes, about the girl, Donald said, "okay, I'll pick her instead, you're fired."? Just a thought.

Right you are. I thought his actions showed complete lack of character! I thought it was amazing how he turned on her when she never slamed him. There were after all two projects and they didn't want the same one. I felt that during the projects he spent way too much time in the office. I am hoping that Rebecca keeps to her nature and gets that job from Trump.
